We offer a 30-day return window. You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return.

  • Eligible for Return: Items that are unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging.
  • Non-Eligible Items: Personalized or custom-made leather goods, items marked as "Final Sale," and products returned after the 30-day window.

Quality is our signature, but if a mistake happens, we will fix it. Please inspect your order upon reception.

  4. Inspection: Once we receive the return, our team will inspect the item within 2-3 business days.

  • Approval: We will notify you via email once weโ€™ve received and inspected your return.
  • Issuance: If approved, youโ€™ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days.
  • Note: Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

  • For Defective Items: Vicky Art Prints covers 100% of the return shipping costs.
  • For Personal Preference Returns: The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
  • Restocking Fees: We believe in fairnessโ€”we do NOT charge any restocking fees.
